I ordered from this location via Uber Eats. The poke bowls were delivered with NO sauce even though I selected two sauces. You can even see on the receipt that they checked off everything but the sauces. While the rest of the ingredients were fresh, it was almost inedible as it was so dry. The lack of sauces totally ruined the meal and I won't be ordering from them again.

One important note, employees mentioned that tips do not go to them, which is disappointing to hear. So don’t voluntarily pay extra for your overpriced bowl. I’ve been a regular at this poke restaurant, but unfortunately, over the past year, the quality has noticeably declined. The fish is no longer as fresh, and portion sizes have become smaller. The selection of toppings has also decreased, or certain items are often out of stock. When I inquired about protein portion sizes, employees explained that they are restricted by management and cannot provide more, even though it looks to be very little. While I understand operational policies, it does affect the overall dining experience.

Absolutely loved this place! The poke bowls are super fresh and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Definitely one of the best poke spots in Houston!

I’m glad we have a local Poke spot to go to and I’ve been going here for years. The food is not consistent though, and your experience totally depends on who’s serving you. The price of my bowl keeps going up, as is everything else right now, so I don’t mind paying the $16 for my bowl if the bowl is full. However, usually it’s not even touching the lid. The portion sizes for everything are inconsistent. Sometimes I have little rice and too much sauce. Other times my bowl is perfect. I’ve also noticed when I come in, the food is uncovered, including the raw fish. Sometimes it is covered, but I can taste the difference in freshness. Nobody wants a brown avocado. Also the service is fine, but if I’m the only one in there I’m not sure why I tend to feel rushed ordering. It’s just me in there and I always know what I want…
